Here are some things you need to know before applying:

• You must be the owner of the recruitment business

• I coach one person per membership

• You should already be making at least £100k per year Profit with the business you want help with to qualify

• We check for conflict of interest so that we never have competing Recruitment businesses in the program

• Expect less than 50 members to be in the program

• You will get group coaching and custom 1:1 mentoring

• We meet weekly for group online coaching

• You get Cloud access to all video tutorials and workbooks for each module.

• There is a Skype / Telephone application process with James.

• We are especially good at growing 1 owner/solopreneur recruitment agencies to help you build systems and processes to give you a business that will eventually run without you and not requiring you to hire physical staff while still making more money with less effort.
